Finish Quality
Powder coating is a durable, high-temp applied finish. Minor imperfections from casting or previous damage may remain visible.
Wheel Prep
All coatings are applied after thorough cleaning, chemical stripping and sandblasting. We do not coat over existing paint or powder.
TPMS Sensors
Sensors must be removed prior to coating. We are not liable for damaged TPMS sensors left in wheels.
Curb Rash / Crack Repair
We offer curb rash smoothing. However, we do not repair bent, cracked, or structurally compromised wheels.
Heat Disclaimer
Powder coating involves curing wheels in an oven at ~400°F. Some wheels, especially multi-piece or cast wheels, may not be ideal for this process. Customer assumes all risk.
Color Matching
Powder coat is not paint. While we aim for the closest match possible, perfect color matching is not guaranteed.
Liability
Full Send Motorwerks is not responsible for:
- Wheels failing due to prior damage
- Any damage from improperly torqued lug nuts post-install
- Loss or damage to aftermarket parts left attached (valve stems, emblems, etc.)
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to begin work. Balance due at pickup. No refunds on custom color orders once applied.

We document every set that comes in. Photos are taken before, during, and after for quality assurance and marketing.
